What We Provide

GroundMap.live is a free event discovery platform that aggregates publicly available event information from various sources across Amsterdam.

Service "As-Is"

We provide this service:

- As-is: Without guarantees or warranties

- Best effort: We try to keep information accurate, but events change

- No liability: We're not responsible for cancelled events, wrong information, or any issues from attending events

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Verify event details on official sources before attending

- Not use our service for illegal purposes

- Not scrape or copy our entire database

- Respect intellectual property rights

Event Information

Sources: We collect event information from publicly available sources including venue websites, event platforms, and public listings.

Attribution: We always link back to original sources.

Accuracy: Event details may change. We update information regularly but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.

Removal: Event organizers can request removal at hello@groundmap.live - we respond within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property

Your Content: If you submit content to us (like reports of incorrect information), you grant us permission to use it to improve our service.

Our Content: Our database compilation and website design are our property. Don't copy our entire database or clone our service.

Third-Party Content: Event information belongs to respective organizers. We aggregate it under fair use principles.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- We're not liable for any damages from using our service

- This includes missed events, travel costs, or any other losses

- Our total liability is limited to €0 (we're a free service)

We're Not Event Organizers

We don't organize, host, or control any events listed on our platform. We simply aggregate public information. All questions about specific events should be directed to the event organizers.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our service means you accept any new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled in Amsterdam courts.
